We now offer the NextMD Patient Portal! Sign up at the office today or download the Patient Portal Consent Form and return it to our office. The Portal is a secure website that allows access to the following:

ePrescribing Available
We are pleased to announce the availability of ePrescribing. E-Prescribing is a computer-based transmission and filling of a prescription between your provider and pharmacy. We encourage you to contact your pharmacy directly for refills to facilitate a faster turnaround time for refill requests.
We've Moved
As of May 2, 2011, Wentworth Health Partners Summit Infectious Disease Associates will be located on the 1st Floor of Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. It is recommended that patients park and enter through the South Entrance and follow Directory signage. The new suite is located on the right, a short distance from the South Entrance. Please note that the new location is a shared suite with Rehabilitation Services, Seacoast Pulmonary Medicine, Seacoast Palliative Care, The Chest Clinic and the Hospital Medicine Team. Patients may also park in the parking garage and enter through the Main Entrance and follow Directory signage. If entering through the Main Entrance, patients should pass the waterfall and bear left at the main hallway. Wentworth Health Partners Summit Infectious Disease Associates will be located approximately half way down the hallway on the left.
